
Auditions for the 2025-2026 season of Rochester Dance Company will be held on Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at Byron Dance Academy. These auditions will help place dancers in their company levels and determine casting for our 2025 Nutcracker production. The dates for the 2025 Nutcracker public performances will be December 6th and 7th, 2025.
We are asking you to arrive 40 minutes before your audition time if able, so you can get checked in, turn in your audition form, and warm up in the other studio.
If you cannot come at the arrival time indicated below, please arrive as early as you can for your audition, and we will get you checked in as quickly as we can. You can join the warmup as soon as you are checked in.

Please sign up on the sign-up genius and fill out our online audition form. Then print out the 2nd part of the audition form that is attached here to fill out and bring with you to the audition for our artistic directors to refer to during your audition.

Additional auditions will take place in the fall for the role of angels (ages 6-8) and casting for our 2026 spring production.
